 St. Lawrence's Hospital Burial Ground - an unfolding

story

Many former patients of St. Lawrence’s Hospital

were buried in a small piece of land off Green Lane between 1915 and 1965. The burial ground lay neglected for fifteen

years. This project remembers its people and seeks to conserve the area as a haven for wildlife. Liz Bonsall tells

the story with a focus on the historical search. To

include the AGM for Caterham and District

Local History Centre.
